Our Farmers

Behind every lot is a producer, a farm, and the work that shapes its quality and identity.

Alexandre Emerich

Sítio Bela Vista — Serra do Caparaó

Sítio Bela Vista is located in Alto Jequitibá, in the Serra do Caparaó region of Minas Gerais, at around 1,200 meters of altitude. Alexandre Emerich leads the farm with a strong focus on quality, handcrafted selection, and experimentation, including fermentation work developed in recent years.

José Alexandre Lacerda

Sítio Forquilha do Rio — Pedra Menina

José Alexandre Lacerda represents the third generation of coffee producers in the family. The farm is located in the mountainous region of Pedra Menina, where altitude and slow ripening help build sweetness, clarity, and complexity in the cup.

Horácio Moura
Sítio Três Barras — Matas de Minas

Horácio Moura manages Sítio Três Barras in Simonésia, in the Matas de Minas region. The property has been in the family for six generations and has focused on specialty coffee production since 2003. The farm combines traditional knowledge with structured post-harvest systems, including patios, African beds, and controlled resting processes. His work has received major recognition, including top awards in Minas Gerais. Current lots include varieties such as Uva, Red Catuaí, Yellow Catucaí 785, and Acauã, primarily processed using CD Honey methods.
