Alexandre Emerich

Specialty coffee producer focused on quality, precision, and experimental fermentation at high altitude in Caparaó.

About the Farm

Sítio Bela Vista is located in Alto Jequitibá, in the Serra do Caparaó region of Minas Gerais, at approximately 1,200 meters above sea level. The combination of altitude, soil conditions, and a favorable climate creates an ideal environment for producing high-quality arabica coffee with distinctive aroma and flavor profiles.

The farm cultivates around 50,000 coffee trees across 18 hectares, with a strong focus on careful crop management and consistency in quality.

Production Approach

Alexandre focuses on careful cherry selection and controlled processing methods, with a growing emphasis on fermentation techniques developed in recent years. This approach allows the creation of coffees with distinct sensory profiles while maintaining clarity and balance.
